Personal Code of Conduct
Salford City Academy has very high expectations of students in line the ethos of the United Learning Trust: "Best in Everyone". There are 5 areas in which we specify very high standards so that these issues do not become barriers to progress in learning.
| PERSONAL APPEARANCE |
- Students wear their uniform every day in school and to and from school. They represent SCA at all these times.
- If students do appear without the correct uniform, they have to be in possession of a written note from their parents. If not they will be sent home to rectify the issue.

| PERSONAL ORGANISATION |
- Students have their student planners with them at all times.
- They have the equipment they require for learning: pen, pencil, rubber, ruler, calculator, PE kit.
- When given books to take home, students ensure they are brought back for the appropriate lesson and in good quality.

| PERSONAL PUNCTUALITY |
- Students arrive at the Academy at 8.35am and are at their Personal Mentor Room by 8.40am.
- Students arrive to lessons no later than 3 minutes to avoid any loss of learning time.

| PERSONAL RESPECT |
- Students follow instructions at the first time of asking.
- Students communicate politely with staff, as staff do with students.

PERSONAL EFFORT
|
- Students push themselves to do their best every lesson and reach their potential.
- Homework is completed to the best of a student's capability.
