I am thrilled and excited to welcome you to Salford City Academy Sixth Form. I strongly believe that should you choose to invest your full commitment into your studies with us, we can offer you a wide range of fantastic opportunities inside and outside the classroom, to ensure you are fully equipped to take the next step on your chosen career journey.

While we have excellent facilities, it is the value we place on each member of our college which allows students to flourish here; each student has their own specific needs and ambitions and consequently, each is treated as a valued individual. The curriculum is designed with students foremost in mind; students are canvassed on their preferential choice of courses and careers before any are employed within the curriculum, the breadth of student choice being expressed in the broad range of courses offered, capable of challenging and supporting male and female students with the highest academic and vocational aspirations.

All students are expected to work hard to fulfil their potential, but have a range of fantastic opportunities to support them, to ensure that when the time comes to move onto university or employment, they have the skills to succeed.
