Haydn Cross has the Law on his Side
Aspiring Police Criminal Investigation Department (CID) candidate Haydn Cross, has kick-started his career achieving a place to study Law and Criminology at the University of Salford.
Haydn well earned results include Grade ‘B' in A Level Maths, Grade ‘B' in A Level English Literature, Grade ‘C' in A Level Law and Grade ‘C' in A Level English Language.
"I've achieved above and beyond my own expectations and I'm excited and nervous about starting at University. I've been on the Manchester Access Programme (MAP) and Pathways to Law at Manchester University during my time at Salford City Academy Sixth Form and these have set me up for University life."
The programmes are designed to help students fine-tune their options with an undergraduate mentor, provide placements at prestigious law firms and set invaluable assignments for students such as making presentations to head lawyers.
