RECORD RESULTS FOR RACHEL

Salford City Academy student celebrates outstanding GCSE success 

Salford City Academy student Rachel Cropper is celebrating after racking up a record 11 GCSEs including 10 ‘A’ and ‘A*’ grades.   Rachel, who will now be joining the Academy’s successful Sixth Form to study Maths, Biology, History and Psychology, hopes to gain a university place to study Criminal Psychology in two year’s time.  

The studious pupil will be joined in the Sixth Form by several of her high performing friends who also scored top GCSE grades, including an impressive number of A and A* s.

Rachel says she is looking forward to continuing to work with the Academy’s dedicated team of caring teaching staff and hopes to emulate the Academy’s recent excellent A level results in two years’ time. 

Salford City Academy is a £25 million school located in Peel Green, Salford. The school’s new Sixth Form recently enjoyed a 100% success rate at A level with every single student scoring grades A-E in their A level examinations and all of those who applied being accepted for their chosen university degree courses.
