Ceramics Project with John Ailing
Year 11 students are starting a Ceramics course as part of their GCSE Art project. John Ailing is a ceramics expert, who will be working with the students to produce a fantastic piece of Chinese pottery.
The first stage is to design their work on paper and then onto a piece of clay. This work will be carried out from now until Easter 2011.
The photo's show the students etching their design onto the piece of clay and a photo of some figures that last years students created for their project.
