Fustal Champions
On 3rd March, the Year 7 boys took part in and won the Salford Schools 5 a side Futsal Competition.
We entered two teams in a league format against three other schools - Walkden, St Patricks and Albion.
The first game was SCA ‘A' against SCA ‘B'. SCA ‘A' came out on top in that fixture.
They then went on to beat every other team scoring 22 goals and conceding only 1 in 5 matches on their way to the title. They will now go on to represent Salford schools in the Greater Manchester Competition
The ‘B' team played very well and were unlucky not to win more games. They finished 5th overall.
